It is difficult to imagine that Seaside could have been dealt two devastating blows in less than a year. What is more compelling are the parallels between the fire that recently ravaged Seaside and the Long Branch pier fire. Mr. Wolf, Senior Partner of Bathgate Wegner & Wolf, P.C.
