Biography: Mr. Bathgate is the co-founding partner of the Firm, and is involved in all aspects of the Firm’s business. Mr. Bathgate has been recognized as one of the 100 most influential lawyers in America by the National Law Journal, and has been rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell* for over 35 years.
Mr. Bathgate is involved in a diverse array of civic, philanthropic and political activities. He currently serves on the Board of Visitors at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, Texas; The Board of Trustees of Boy Scouts of America; New York Council; and the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Performing Arts Center, Newark, NJ; and the Board of Trustees of the World War II Museum in New Orleans, LA.
Mr. Bathgate has formerly been a member of the Board of Trustees of Villanova University; Board of Overseers of Rutgers University Foundation; the Board of Regents of Seton Hall University; and is the former Republican National Finance Chairman under President Ronald W. Reagan and President George H.W. Bush. He has the distinction of being the youngest person ever to serve as Parliamentarian of the New Jersey General Assembly.
