Biography: Mr. Wouters represents purchasers and sellers of residential real estate, developers in every phase of real estate acquisitions, financing and development. He appears before municipal, county and state boards and agencies. He has substantial experience in planned retirement community developments and redevelopment law and tax-free exchanges.
He has represented boards of education in connection with land acquisition, construction of school facilities and consultation on general education law.
Mr. Wouters also represents banks in lending transactions and borrowers in acquisition, development and other financing transactions. He represents companies in general corporate business matters including financing strategies, mergers and acquisitions and employment matters.
He has extensive experience in general consultation for profit and non-profit companies municipalities and authorities.
