Biography: Mr. Malc joined the firm in 2014 and has focused primarily on general and complex litigation. Mr. Malc has a broad range of business and legal experience, and currently concentrates his practice in corporate, business, and commercial litigation, general civil litigation, commercial and residential foreclosures, and personal injuries. Mr. Malc has appeared before the New Jersey Superior Court in every county in New Jersey, the New Jersey Appellate Division and the Federal District Court of New Jersey. Mr. Malc has lectured across the State of New Jersey on topics including the legalization of adult-use cannabis, civil rights, and the monetary and societal advantages of “green” energy. Prior to joining Bathgate Wegener & Wolf, Mr. Malc represented many of the nation’s largest lending institutions in litigation across the State of New Jersey.
Mr. Malc graduated from Hofstra University School of Law in 2008, where he was a member of the Mediation Clinic. In that role, Mr. Malc mediated civil law suits filed in the Supreme Court of New York, as well as divorces and endangered youth cases.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Malc was the founder and chairman of the Legal Studies Association at Bloomsburg University.
When not engaged in professional activities, Mr. Malc spends time with his wife and their children, Kadence and Journey. Mr. Malc is also an avid tennis player, guitarist, and an enthusiast of all things related to Jazz and the Grateful Dead.

- Negotiated a $4,500,000.00 corporate buyout for a 50% owner of a local plumbing business.
- Negotiated a $1,500,000.00 corporate buyout for a minority owner of a local restaurant chain.
- Negotiated settlements with all insured defendants who played a role in the 2013 Seaside Boardwalk Fire.
