Biography:  While a student at Seton Hall Law, Mr. Rica interned for former New Jersey Governor Donald DiFrancesco at DiFrancesco Bateman P.C. in Somerset County where he assisted on various Real Estate, Land Use, and Estate Planning matters. During his time at Seton Hall Law, Mr. Rica was a member of the St. Thomas More Society where he participated in club events and donation drives for the surrounding Newark community.

Throughout his law school tenure, Mr. Rica took classes with a concentration in Business and Sports Law. These courses include Federal Income Taxation; Corporate Taxation; Bankruptcy Law; Wills, Trusts and Estates; and Sports Law. Upon graduation and joining Bathgate, Wegener & Wolf P.C. in May 2023, Mr. Rica has primarily assisted Mr. McAlindin and Mr. Leider on personal injury matters, as well as Mr. Wouters on Estate matters and Mr. Wegener during Condemnation litigation.
